About wax protection systems

Your ear canal produces ear wax which may clog up the earpiece. Ear wax is one of the main causes of problems for in-ear monitors. Your monitors are equipped with both small and large protection filters.

Use the wax protection system and tools to clean away any accumulated wax each day. Change the filters every time you feel that your monitors don’t sound as expected.

If you use your ear monitors daily, we recommend changing the filters once every 2 weeks.
